Elizabeth Vargas started her career at Cornish College of the Arts where she studied Jazz Vocal and Music theory. After attending Cornish, she attended Bellevue University where she studied International Business and media technology; during which time she founded a music theatre production and was successful during every show. After Bellevue University, Elizabeth continued pursuing music media, but in order to learn how mobile technology worked, she started working for Caretools Software, a company specializing in template-based mobile charting systems that integrated into physician PMS systems. There, Elizabeth was in charge of Beta Testing, integration, quality control and marketing. After Caretools, Elizabeth founded her company Visual Media Innovation Inc, which is currently her parent company for media production and all her projects. Under Visual Media Innovations Inc. she led numerous productions and worked for a number of companies as a contractor/ consultant. Simultaneously, she learned about television production and syndication through Good Time Golf, a ladies golf television series. Soon after she became a major investor and was responsible for the show’s syndication with IMG media in NYC. Elizabeth was also an integral part of hosting and producing the final product for distribution into syndication. Elizabeth then went on to her passion Music and landed a job working for Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp hosting and promoting, interviewing, and working with digital media. During this time Elizabeth interviewed countless major artists including Slash, Vince Neil, Joe Walsh, Nick Mason, and Jack Bruce, to name a few, who all believe in her vision and are backing her all the way! Elizabeth has also hosted numerous red carpets for music related events and is completely engulfed in the Digital Music Media distribution and promotion.

Tim Tyler joined Edge Music Network in 2012 as Chief Technology Officer with experience and expertise in application life cycle management with a focus on web applications. He brings his talent for creative solutions and strategic reinvention across the entire spectrum of the technology business. In the past 23 years, small businesses to Fortune 500 companies like Wells Fargo, GE Capital, First American, and AAA, as well as both state and federal government organizations such as the US Navy, UC San Diego, Colorado Department of Labor and California Board of Equalization have benefited from Tim's management and technical innovations. He is an active member of the Scrum Alliance and has volunteered his leadership skills within the Fellowship of Technical Ministries. Tim has a passion to guide the next technological generation as a mentor to elementary children in the First Lego League annual science and robotics competition.

Albert Lee initially joined Edge Music Network in 2010 as a Finance Consultant before joining full-time in 2012. Since 2006, he served as a consultant working on high-level accounting and finance projects for various Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurs. Prior to his consulting career, Albert served as Vice President and Controller for a national mortgage lender, which funded billions of dollars in loans. Throughout his career, Albert has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in various industries. Albert received his BA from Loyola Marymount University, where he majored in Finance and Accounting; and received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC, where he concentrated in Corporate Finance and Strategy. Albert currently sits on LMU’s Orange County Ambassadors Board and is a judge for LMU’s Center for Ethics And Business’ annual business ethics case competitions for both undergraduate and graduate students. He is also a frequent alumni speaker for the MBA program at USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Gustavo Gamarra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Upon graduating, he started working in the music industry because his passion for music is so strong. In addition to his passion for music, Gustavo has a profound interest in technology and social media. Katie Phillips graduated Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles with a BFA in Communication Arts. With over 12 years experience in the areas of illustration, graphic design and apparel graphics, Katie is happy to art direct for Edge Music Network. As an avid music lover, she goes to music shows just as much as she goes to art openings. Katie co-founded Squeeze Art Collective and is Vice President currently. There she not only shows her own work, but helps organize and direct gallery shows. She works with many local artists and is a major proponent for community involvement, arts education and giving local artists a chance to showcase their work in group shows. Bernt Bodal joined American Seafood’s Group as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in January 2000. From 1990 to 1998, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Seafood’s Group’s predecessor companies, American Seafood’s Company and Resource Group International (ASC/RGI). Under his leadership, ASC/RGI engaged in a strategic reorganization of its United States, Russian and South American seafood operations, resulting in annual sales increasing from $90 million to $425 million. Mr. Bodal also was instrumental in the 1997 creation of the Pacific Whiting Cooperative – an arrangement that rationalized the Pacific Whiting fishery – and forcefully advocated for the passage of the American Fisheries Act of 1998, legislation that began a new era of fisheries management in the United States. American Seafood’s is one of the largest integrated seafood companies in the U.S.

John Paul DeJoria is a co-founder and current CEO of John Paul Mitchell Systems, a company he grew from a $700 start-up to a $900 million a year hair care empire. He is also the owner of Patron Spirits Company and JP Selects, an online marketplace for products made with uncompromising principles. Mr. DeJoria is a well-respected businessman, environmentalist and philanthropist with countless accolades. He has donated millions of dollars in the form of cash, products and services to myriad non-profit organizations in the healthcare, social services and environmental protection sectors. Mr. DeJoria joined the Edge Music Network team in 2012 as an investor-partner; and he will be instrumental in EMN’s growth in many ways.

Eric Sherman is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment. A 25-year veteran of the music and media business, Sherman is charged with creating new business opportunities in general entertainment, music, television and new media for the company while also overseeing the career of his client, Steven Tyler. Prior to joining XIX, Sherman was President of the management firm and record label 10th Street Entertainment and 11/7 Music, whose roster included Motley Crue, Blondie and Buckcherry. He began his career in television spending 20 years at Viacom working in a variety of capacities including affiliate sales (negotiating distribution agreements with cable operators and satellite companies) and developing and operating cable channels including MTV2 and VH1 Classic. Sherman also spent two years as President of Fuse, the nationally distributed music channel owned by Madison Square Garden. He also serves as an advisor to many companies, including The Meredith Corporation, Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp, Edge Music Network and Travel Leaders. He won an Emmy Award as Executive Producer of the documentary "Motley Crue, the Road to MSG".

Matthew D. Latimer has served as outside General Counsel of Edge Music Network since 2011. From 2004 to the present, Mr. Latimer has served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of American Seafood’s Group, one of the largest seafood companies in the United States, where he is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining American Seafood’s, Mr. Latimer was Of Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle, Washington, where his practice focused on representing early-stage and public companies in connection with venture capital, initial public offering, debt financing, commercial, and merger and acquisition transactions. He has also practiced law at Cooley Godward LLP in Kirkland, Washington, where he primarily represented early-stage technology companies in formation, financing and business development transactions. Mr. Latimer obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington in 1995 and B.A. in Chinese from Brigham Young University in 1991. He speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese and has served on the Board of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society since 2009.

Jeff Liebenson represents online and mobile distributors of digital entertainment. He previously was Chief Legal/Business Affairs Executive for BMG Entertainment International overseeing music, video, videogame and internet activities in 53 countries. He was responsible for the legal/business affairs of a sports cable television network operated by Rainbow Programming, the joint venture of NBC and Cablevision. Jeff is the President of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers.

Scott Holmes is co-Founder and President of United Future, a WDCW company, based in Culver City, CA. United Future provides interactive marketing communications and user-experience design & application development for a global business environment. Scott is a visionary with broad and deep experience in technology, retail, entertainment and marketing. United Future’s roster of clients include: Microsoft, Jaguar, Sony, ESPN, T-Mobile, Epson, Alaska Airlines, Holland America and Yokohama Tire. Prior to United Future, Scott was SVP of marketing & business development at MRM Partners, a McCann Worldwide company. His retail and entertainment background was instrumental in growing the organization into a top 10 digital agency. Scott was recently named, "2012 Mobile Ambassador" by the Mobile Excellence Awards, and active member of the New Media Peer Group for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmys.org). He has contributed to several start-ups and is a board advisor to the non-profit Vitamin Angels.

Kris brings 17 years of production management experience, including commercial, television, visual effects, music and online. Kris’ passion for interactive has grown steadily along with the advent of broadband, and her extensive production experience at agencies such as Deutsch, McCann Erickson and Creative Domain has allowed her the opportunity to build strong teams with amazingly talented people. Her ability to lead complex projects has enabled successful results for clients including Nissan/Infiniti, Warner Home Video, Coors Light, Red Lion Hotels, ABC/Disney, Coca-Cola and Sony Pictures Imageworks. Kris has been involved with the AFI Digital Content Lab and the Producer’s Guild of America New Media Council, and believes the best digital experiences are still to come.
